Please allow 40 minutes – 3 hours (for bigger projects) for the first consultation. We appreciate your time, and will send you a SMS or email reminder regarding the time and date of your appointment. Our experienced Project Manager will arrive on time.
The first question our Project manager will ask during the in-home estimate is WHY? Why did you decide to replace your doors? What design and style would you like to match? Your answers will help the project manager to find the optimal solutions for your project. He will advise you on the most energy efficient door style, the best glass and panes options, and answer all questions. He will complete initial measurements and provide you with a quote in a timely manner.
Once you have made your decision to choose Best Solution for your doors renovation project, it is time to sign a contract. We offer the choice of electronic or traditional contract signing, whichever is most comfortable for you.
Once the contract is signed, we send our experienced installer to take final measurements. We will come to an agreement on the best time and date for him to come.
Typically, the door manufacturing process takes between 4 and 10 weeks. This varies depending on the season and complexity of the project. Manufacturing doors with custom transoms or custom colored doors will take longer than standard.
Once your doors are ready, we will schedule the perfect installation day. We kindly request that all furniture is moved at least 6 ft away from the installation location. We recommend covering your belongings with film to prevent dust and dirt that may arise during the installation process.
Once your doors are installed, your Project Manager will complete a post-installation inspection. He will ask if you are satisfied with our installation crew and what we can improve on.
