Please note, the installer may partially remove a window casing and/or aluminum capping to check the gap size between the window jamb and the wood stud.
After measurements, your order goes into production. This takes 8–10 weeks, depending on project complexity and season. Manufacturing custom or colored windows and doors will take longer than standard. We will place your order for production within 5 business days after the final measurements are complete.
Are you waiting for a loan? No worries, we will not place your order until you give us the green light. Please send us an email once you receive approval, so we can proceed with placing your order for production.
We will inform you of the estimated production date via email. This email will include detailed information about the production timeline. Please check your inbox regularly for updates from us. Once we confirm the estimated production date, you cannot cancel your order.
When your products are ready, we’ll arrange an installation date. Our team will find a convenient time for the installation. We strive to accommodate your schedule to ensure minimal disruption.
Our team will install your BEST windows and doors. We take pride in our professional installation services, ensuring that everything is fitted perfectly. Please remember to move your furniture or any other objects at least 6 feet away from the windows that are going to be replaced. We also recommend covering up items to shield them from stray dust.
Our installer will collect the final payment. If you would like to pay by bank draft, please have it prepared on the day of your project installation. To release the financing funds, please sign the invoice and return it to the installer.
