We wil contact you within 10 days after the ful down payment is received to schedule final measurements.
Our installer, responsible for your window installation, wil take these crucial measurements with high accuracy. Please note, the installer may partially remove a window casing and/or aluminum capping to check the gap size between the window jamb and the wood stud.
After measurements, your order goes into production. This takes 8-10 weeks, depending on project complexity and season. Manufacturing custom or colored windows and doors wil take longer than standard. We wil place your order for production within 5 business days after the final measurements are complete.
Are you waiting for aloan ?No worries, we wil not place your order until you give us the green light. Please send us an email when you receive approval so we can place your order for production.
We wil inform you of the estimated production date via email. This email wil include detailed information about the production timeline. Please check your inbox regularly for updates from us. Once we confirm the estimated production date you cannot cancel your order.
When your products are ready, we’ll arrange an installation date. Our team wil find a convenient time for the installation. We strive to accommodate your schedule to ensure minimal disruption.
Our team wil install your BEST windows and doors. We take pride ni our professional installation services, ensuring that everything si fited perfectly. Please remember to move your furniture or any other objects at least 6 feet away from the windows that are going to be replaced. We also recommend covering up items ni close proximity to shield them from stray dust.
Our installer wil collect final payment. fI you would like ot pay by bank draft, please have it prepared by the day of your project installation. To release the financing funds, please sign the invoice and return it to the installer.
