We provide a wide range of window and door options, including casement, sliding, bay, bow, and custom windows. We offer styles ranging from traditional to modern to suit any architectural design.
The next step is signing the contract. Don’t hesitate to contact your Project Manager and request them to send you the contract.
We usually use e-signatures to save time—there’s no need to visit our showroom. If you prefer to sign a paper copy, no worries—we can arrange that too.
Along with the contract, we require a 30% down payment to proceed with placing your order for production.
Are you waiting for a government loan and unsure if you’ll be approved?
No worries at all! We can put your order on hold and send it for manufacturing only after receiving the green light from you.
If you are not approved and decide not to proceed with your project, we will terminate your contract and credit the down payment back to you.
We will contact you within 10 days of receiving the full down payment to schedule final measurements. Our installer, who will handle your window installation, will take these crucial measurements with high accuracy.
Please note: the installer may partially remove a window casing and/or aluminum capping to check the gap size between the window jamb and the wood stud.
After measurements are completed, your order goes into production. This process takes 8-10 weeks, depending on project complexity and the season.
We will inform you of the estimated production date via email.
Once your products are ready, we’ll arrange an installation date that works best for you. We strive to accommodate your schedule to ensure minimal disruption.
Installation of one window typically takes about one hour, including trim finishing.
- For projects with 15+ windows, installation will take approximately 2 days.
- For smaller projects, we are happy to provide same-day installation.
Yes, of course! We offer a Lifetime Warranty for window panes, vinyl components, and hardware.
We also provide a Lifetime Breakage Warranty: no matter what happens, we’ve got you covered!
If you accidentally break a window pane or experience hail damage, we’ll replace the glass unit free of charge.
